Coaching can bring you greater calm, clarity, confidence, and a renewed sense of purpose.
Over the past ten years, I’ve had the privilege of coaching people from all walks of life including online, on the phone, and in person. I’ll help you explore whatever needs attention — with kindness, compassion, and belief, that life can be more joyful, fun, and more fulfilling.

I'm a certified ACC Co-Active life coach from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and well as a qualified eco-coach through the Natural Academy. If you happen to live in or near Bristol then we have the option for coaching outdoors.

My approach is down-to-earth, deeply compassionate and insightful. When our lives are out of balance or lacking purpose, we suffer as a result. What we think and do significantly impacts our happiness. Sounds obvious right?

Before my coaching training, I was fortunate to work at the London School of Economics as a researcher in behavioural science and wellbeing which I weave into coaching to help my clients achieve the change they're looking for.
